The ZRHS Creative Writing students wrapped up National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo) yesterday. Eleven students embarked on their novel writing journey in October with some idea generating activities. Then, on November 1st, they hit the ground running as they each attempted to write a 25,000 word novel in 30 days. Six of the eleven completed their novel and the others are not far behind. They rose to the occasion facing all of the challenges that this year has brought and we could not be prouder of these students. A total of 195,317 words were written which was 71% of their goal. Well done creative writers!
