Kindergarten Pre-Registration is for children who will be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2022.
Parents need to bring your child with you to the screening, along with the following documents:
child’s official birth certificate (on file at the County Clerk's Office in the county where the child was born -not the hospital copy)
child's social security number
proof of residency (a bill that shows service to your home -water, electric or cable)
immunization records
Parents will receive a Physical form, a Proof of School Dental Examination form and an Eye Examination form which are all required before entering Kindergarten.
